Last week we did Fitness plan it was very tiring and I will tell you all about it. The first week we created the fitness plan on a paper then after a few weeks later we made a digital fitness plan which we are using right now for our fitness, and for my fitness plan I did 3 laps on the field and I was very tired out but that was not all I also did 60 skip rope jumping and that was very long and you must be thinking how I did it. I am doing this not by row its by every single time I stop and then continue, then next thing I did was 10 push ups which you had to go down onto your tummy and push back up which takes you along time. The next task I did was 20 star jumps and it looks very easy but noo!! It takes forever for me to do because I was very warn out.
If you don't know how to do star jumps I will explain, and what you do is you have to put your feet apart and then put your arms to the side and then after that you make your feet go in and your arm go out and it should look like a star jump. The next exercise I did was leg raises and what you have to do for that is you have to go onto you back on a flat floor and then you put your leg up and down and it should look like your levitating your legs but on your back.
The next task you all should know that is a bad exercise is the burpees and for that I did 30 because I really want to get fit so that I can run more faster and hold a 5 min plank and If you don't know what a burpees is it is like doing push ups but you go up to the air and reach the sky then go back to your push up pose and that was all for my fitness plan thank you for reading this blog ya later !
